My name is Katie Harlow. I recently graduated with my Master of Science in Nutrition and am currently a dietetic intern in North Carolina. I enjoy good food, good wine, and good friends! I've always been a cautious person, and find it hard to take new chances. As I've grown older, I've found the most rewarding experiences came from being anything but a creature of habit. This is my story of attempting to break my mold, one bite at a time!
