We actually freakin did it! I’m so happy with how it turned out. It actually looks better in photos than in real life but that works to the blog’s benefit. Please tell me that I’m not the only one who does this… You get this great idea in your head for a meal. You customize it to go with the ingredients in your pantry. And then you begin to actually make it and somewhere in the process you end up throwing in a little of this and changing your plan
